This condo has a parking spot for you and a great pool with BBQ grill and seating area. Several restaurants are walking distance. The new renovated El San Juan Hotel is at the left side of this apartment. This hotel has wonderful night activities and extravagant restaurants.

-Penalties for missing or damage items or smoking: If you smoke $200 charge, Lost Beeper $85 Charge, Lost Electromagnetic Key $60 Charge or Lost of full keys set $150 Charge, Lost a/c remote control $65, Lost Parking permit $160 Charge, $25 Charge for not doing the dishes, $15 Charge for every damage or lost towel, $50 Charge for damage linens. -Penalties for unauthorized late checkout: $30 for every extra hour ($30 for checkout at 11am, $60 for checkout at 12pm, $90 for late checkout at 1pm, etc.) -The property doesn’t have a cistern or electric generator. If there is power or water failure for an extended time (more than 6 hours) you have the option of cancelling the remaining nights for a refund, but you need to leave the property. No refund will be available for the nights already stayed on the property. The property owner will not be responsible for additional charges you incurred for relocating or for paying for a new reservation in another place.
